£0 — first watermarked draft
One download per account, built from the trade template and your form. You can edit it on screen. Further downloads need a payment.
Straightforward pricing
RamsBox is built to run without a sales call. The free draft costs nothing to generate because it does not call an AI model.
£7.00 — one RAMS
After Stripe confirms the payment, you can run AI tailoring once, then regenerate that same document up to the configured limit (two by default). Downloading again serves the stored PDF source. It does not spend another credit.
£17.00/month — unlimited
For firms producing RAMS every week. A daily cap (30 documents by default) stops a single login from burning the AI budget. Cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Access stays while the subscription is active.
Prices are in pounds sterling and do not include VAT. If RamsBox later has to register for VAT, tax will be added at checkout through Stripe once a registration is active. It is not switched on in this build.
AI-assisted draft. A competent person must review it and approve it for the site before use. RamsBox does not provide health and safety advice and is not affiliated with HSE.
