RamsBox

Terms of use

Last updated 17 October 2026

These terms are between the operator of RamsBox at ramsbox.co.uk and the person or business that creates an account.

Disclaimer

Documents are AI-assisted drafts. They must be checked and approved by a competent person before use. They are not legal or professional advice.RamsBox does not inspect sites and is not affiliated with the Health and Safety Executive.

Templates

Templates are general guidance and may be updated. A document you download is the version produced that day. A later change to a template does not rewrite a file you already hold.

No warranty

RamsBox produces drafts from trade templates and, after payment, from an AI model. The service and the documents are provided as they are. Fitness for a particular purpose is not guaranteed. A document is not health and safety advice, not legal advice, not a site inspection, and not a statement that the work is safe or lawful.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the information you type, for checking that the draft is accurate and suitable for your site, and for having it reviewed and signed off by a competent person before work starts. You remain responsible for your duties under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and, where the work is construction, under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. You must brief the people doing the work. You confirm the draft wording before you generate or download, and you confirm a separate checkout disclaimer before you pay. The time and the version of the wording are stored.

No reliance for regulatory compliance

Do not rely on a RamsBox document as proof that you comply with health and safety law, a client requirement, or an accreditation scheme. Hazards you do not enter are not covered. RamsBox does not inspect the site and cannot know what you left out.

Payment and cancellation

The first watermarked download is free and does not call the model. Further AI-tailored documents are charged per document or by monthly subscription, at the prices shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until you cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Digital documents are supplied immediately. Before you pay you are asked to agree that supply starts at once and that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once supply starts. That agreement is stored separately from the draft disclaimer. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not taken away, except where the law allows a waiver for digital content supplied immediately, and only when you have given that consent.

Acceptable use

Do not try to obtain AI output without paying, share an account to avoid the daily cap, or upload personal data you have no reason to put in a RAMS. Security-guarding drafts stay at the level of site safety. They are not instructions for physical restraint.

Indemnity for business users

If you use RamsBox for a business, you indemnify the operator against claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from using a document without a competent-person review, or from presenting a document as proof of compliance. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by the operator's negligence or fraud, or by any other liability that cannot be shifted under UK law.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator's total liability arising out of these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to RamsBox in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer in the UK may also use the courts of the part of the UK in which they live.
